The statutes say that once the regional congress, party, popular (in the current local president, Fernando Alfonso Ceron, was elected to the Regional Executive Committee), then, should be to make all local congresses, upon request the boards of the different municipalities.
At the last meeting of the local board held last June, it was agreed to request the regional, the congress, to be approved by this, to celebrate the next day, July 29.
Those interested in attending the conference should be aware of the fees of the last three years, 2011, 2012 and 2013, for it's local headquarters will be open from 8-9 pm on Monday 15 and July 22 and the Thursday 18 and 25, to pay bills or to clarify any doubt of Congress.
The deadline for nominations ended 48 hours before the conference in order to present any candidate needed 20 percent of guarantees of all members who are aware of the payment of their dues, and submit a bid around 22 people.
To date, the current Mayor of Alhama and popular party president, Fernando Alfonso Ceron, has already announced his candidacy for re-election as president for another four years, with a bid of continuity, keeping the bulk of the current Executive Committee elected at the previous congress held in June 2010.
