THESE TWO ISSUES, THE DETAILS OF HOW TO BE THE PRIMARY ELECTION FOR CANDIDATES AND THE REST OF THE POLICY AGENDA PSOE, culminating YOUR DEBATE ON POLITICAL CONFERENCE NOVEMBER.

This important change will also be discussed at the political conference, and if approved, will require an Extraordinary Congress to change the party's constitution.
Same result, even greater with 98% of the vote, has been the willingness of members of the party, in relation to the need to amend the Constitution.
