Improvements in access and urbanization of 'Lifestyle Center' will be conducted by CHM Works and Infrastructure SA for 20 million euros

Premursa Society Theme Park SA has awarded the company Ferrovial Agroman SA Phase 1 of the construction of the 'Paramount Theme Park', to be held in Murcia (Spain), for an amount of 52 million euros.

This contract includes the execution of Phase 2 construction 'Paramount Theme Park', to be held simultaneously with the 1st phase, which will mean an increase in the amount contracted.

It has awarded the contract for improving access and urbanization of the hotel zone, shopping and entertainment district, called 'Lifestyle Center', the company CHM Works and Infrastructure SA for an amount of 20 million euros.

Premursa Theme Park SA has begun preparatory work the land in order that the next January to begin obrasde access, development and construction of the park, anticipating the end of them in the last quarter of 2015.
