The Socialist Party of Alhama de Murcia, after the exercise of democratic workers Elpozo, and its outcome, again expresses its concern about the consequences of decisions, under the latest labor reform, to implement current direction of the company.
Flagship and reference Alhama, now in its third generation, has grown thanks to the entrepreneurial vision and the work of hundreds of men and women, most of our people.
Also the social dialogue.
Our concern, as a political organization, is that it can break the trajectory and business vision Alhama intimately linked to their workers, respect and appreciation of labor and social rights acquired and maintained only in these years of crisis.
Concern that break or corrupt the social dialogue and measures to make more precarious labor, economic and social conditions are unilaterally applied.
Concern that this rupture, based on proposals based on unequal conditions between current and future workers would be very detrimental to the future of the business project, their workers, and for alhameña society.
