Call off the indefinite strike in El Pozo Food, scheduled for December 1 (28/11/2013)
The agreements reached this morning at the meeting with the corporation, the strike was called off.
Further, it has:
That the company approach to remove the dual wage scale.
That workers, have a system of incentives and improve their wages by 30 euros per month.
That the Works part of the measuring system of incentives.
That new hires at least 30% is required to call again.
A bag of working people, of which the oldest will have preference to cover the losses that occur in the business, from any cause is established.
