On Saturday January 25, took place in Alhama de Murcia, the II Regional Training Days.
They involved some 70 participants, including training managers of the various assemblies in the Region of Murcia, monitors and trainers of different areas where Red Cross participates offering training of the highest quality, and it was this quality, the main objective of the conference held in our town, a quality that becomes one of the main pillars on which rests the training imparted to Red Cross, both volunteers, and the population in general.
To achieve excellence in the field of training, the Red Cross has adapted to the needs of the population over the years, and for this reason, in these days, has set the strategy for the next two years, implementing the training process, new teaching methods and new assessment procedures, to thereby ensure that the training that the student receives, maintains high levels of excellence.
Therefore, these II training days have been a success, both in number of participants, as at the organizational level, with the invaluable assistance of the Hon.
Alhama de Murcia City Council, through its Department of Training and Employment provided to Red Cross.
