Last Tuesday was an important day for the residents of El Berro, as the Minister of Agriculture and Water, together with the Mayor of Alhama, the headman of El Berro and councilors hamlets Works and Services, was inaugurated and put into operation the new WWTP of the hamlet, a respectful treatment plant with the environment and that totally fits with the surrounding environment protected.
Thus the popular party, congratulated all the residents of El Berro and Mayor-headman, by this new infrastructure, ensuring the drainage and treatment of wastewater for many years, for a population that could reach 1,200 , a modern and equipped with the latest technological developments in Europe sludge.
The old water treatment plant from today cease to serve, will be dismantled in the coming days and its place is taken by a garden.
With this work, the most important of the district at cost and technological advancements, it once again demonstrates the commitment of the Regional Government with the town of Alhama, even in such difficult times like the present to invest.
In our game, we want to thank the Councillor Antonio Cerda, to continue creating works and infrastructure in Alhama and its districts, because we have the Mass importance neighbors who live in the districts as those living in the village.
