On Thursday, May 8, at 19:30., Will be the presentation of the Environmental Volunteering for the conservation of white-headed duck in the Museum of the Baths of Alhama.
The presentation will be given by Councillor for the Environment, Diego Huertas and technical program managers.
This volunteer will run throughout 2014 in the Lagunas de Alhama and its environment, in order to promote the participation of the population in different alhameña activities to improve the habitat of this endangered bird and contribute therefore to preservation in the township.
During the presentation the planned actions under the Environmental Volunteers, which includes among many bird surveys and planting of native species in the lakes and Saladares Guadalentin and be informed on how to participate.
The first activity will take place on Saturday, May 10, with the celebration of World Migratory Bird Day, in which the different birds and their environment Lagunas anillarán.
