On Friday May 23 at 17:00 in the Park will be held the third edition of Traffic Traffic Education Contest.
Since its inception in 2012, this competition is having a great welcome by the students of the different schools of the town and also very rewarding for the Traffic Department, responsible for organizing this event.
The mayor of Traffic, Sanchez Angela Eagle, stressed that the competition "is contributing to the learning of rules and road signs kids while providing them is a fun and entertaining approach."
The competition is aimed at students 6th year of primary education, which are the future drivers, the youngest of which is to primarily affect any preventive intervention and learning population.
"Overcoming tests on rules and road traffic signals poses a major challenge in our youth because they have to test their comprehension, memory and skill at circular" said Sánchez Eagle, as positive aspects of this event.
Since last February, the afternoons of Wednesday and Thursday have been involved a total of 50 students of 6th year of primary.
"They have been teaching for these students to learn and practice rules and road signs, reaching the final 24 of them, which will be next Friday 23 participate in this local competition", has qualified Angela Sanchez.
Participants will engage in a theoretical test in the classroom and practical test drive which used bikes and karts.
This contest is sponsored by a total of 32 companies mostly in the locality to which the mayor wanted to thank Traffic collaboration and thanks to them is going to be able to deliver eight awards valued between 350 and 40 euros.
The first prize is a trophy and a laptop;
the runner up will get a trophy and 250GB + Kinect Xbox and games;
the third will be presented with a trophy and a tablet Energy System 8 ", for the fourth prize is a Monitor TV Samsung 24" LED;
the fifth will take home a Smartphone / Mobile Doogee 4 ", the sixth will be presented with portable receivers and headphones, the seventh and eighth get a 'OK' to school supplies.
All contestants will receive a medal and a T-participation.
