Last Sunday was first held in the town a new sporting event, the half marathon fair Alhama.
Despite being the first to be held, was a success both for participation, more than 300 participants, and organization.
Organize a sporting event of this magnitude is not easy and everything went perfect, besides neighbors turned them to the event.
In our party we want to thank all those who have made the success of the half marathon, all volunteers of different sports clubs in the municipality, a civil protection both Alhama as other peoples, red cross municipal brigades, the staff of the local police, as well as 4 councils involved, councilors and technicians of Celebration, Sports, Police and Public Works and Services.
We also can not forget all the firms in this test, as well as Paco Rubio, for his idea to hold half marathon in Alhama.
Also we appreciate the effort and work of Pepe Clares, sergeant of the local police chief and Modesto Single, Sports technician for the design and safety and to trace the path of David, volunteer, their coordination during the test.
The base is already done, and also to think and run in future tests.
