Are being conducted in the vicinity of the transfer, off Highway Natural Park Espuña works to condition the area and build parking lots for those park visitors who leave their cars there and decide to visit by hikers hiking or cycling.
Managers report these works have been the Councillor for Environment Diego Huertas and mayor of Works and Services, Miguel Gonzalez.
Huertas has explained that these works "the Department of Environment and the city of Alhama fulfills its commitment to conditioning in this area."
He also clarified that despite being a small work "was very necessary since the weekend is a busy area for all those who come to enjoy the Natural Park of Sierra Espuña".
The work, which was funded by ERDF funds, is being developed through the joint work of all authorities involved: Segura basin, Natural Environment, DG Environment and the city of Alhama de Murcia through their departments of Middle Environment and Public Works and Services.
Finally, Diego Huertas, has indicated that the park director, Andrés Muñoz Carlini, has remained at a recent meeting with the Department of Environment, its commitment to continue investing in the park from the Los Molinos on.
Meanwhile, Miguel González Cabrera has clarified that "although the works were being carried out Environment, the Department of Works and Services has been responsible for preparing and presenting the projects so they could get Feder Funds".
Here González Cabrera noted that since its council will continue working on those projects that boost from the Environment and viable for the city of Alhama de Murcia.
