The author holds a PhD in Economics, Sociologist and Auditor.

In his extensive career path was Minister of Economy and Finance of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia between 1983-1986, and vice president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Spain.

Molina calls for an urgent change to respond with certainty to citizens' demands before further spread the populist temptation to discredit institutions.
