This Friday November 21 was approved the final document commitments to the components of the PSOE list of Alhama are presented to the upcoming municipal elections in May.
The initial text, which was made public from the beginning, has been subject to an open debate of 5 to 19 November in which involved not only members and supporters, but also many residents of Alhama.
A total of 142 proposals have reached 114 by email and social networks, 8 by telephone, 6 and 14 Whatsapp messages and attendance at the Open Assembly on Wednesday 19 that closed the debate.
Have joined the vast majority of requests, changes and suggestions, and some who have not been served for more specific points in the electoral program.
The text begins by defining what is a mayor, councilor and obligations of both, is structured into four blocks.
The first refers to the commitments they make from now until election day, where compulsory signing of the Ethics Code PSOE (http://goo.gl/PXDRAz) and public information on the website of the match highlights (www.psoealhama.es) of the nine members list and the candidate on his own website (www.diegoconesa.es).
A second section lists the objectives and obligations required of government, including the reduction of municipal political costs, periodic accountability to residents and management of public services.
The third section summarizes the basic lines of the candidate Diego Conesa and future mayor of Alhama, pointing leadership, maximum transparency and citizen participation as central to its program.
Last but not least, are the obligations of the Socialist councilors in the new corporation, an annual report containing management, support groups and neighbors and economic contributions to the party.
