The Department of Trade and Traders Association join forces to present the nineteenth edition of "Window Dressing Competition Alhama de Murcia".
In the presentation of himself attended the mayor of Commerce, Diego Huertas and the president of the Retailers Association of Alhama, Martin Ceron.
"The windows of our stores can be a true reflection of the inside of our stores," said Martin Ceron in his speech, "with this contest is to reward creativity and the work of our merchants."
Diego Huertas encouraged all trades and all sectors to participate in this year's contest window dressing and again noted the importance of all businesses in Alhama associate to make a much more competitive and strong trade in the town.
In the nineteenth edition of window dressing competition is open to all shops in the town, they are linked or not.
There will be a single mode in which all sectors are included.
The jury will consist of professionals, members of the City Council, members of the Association of Merchants and townspeople.
It assesses in particular: the composition, originality, the material used, the Christmas atmosphere and contrast and harmony of the windows.
There will be a total of 14 prizes awarded as follows: a first prize of € 200, a second prize of € 150, three third prizes of € 100 and € 50 nine awards each.
Businesses may wish to enroll in the Training and Employment Center until December 19, when the contest starts and will run until next January 6th.
