At 7:45 this morning, a staff member of the City Council directed the agents of the local police regulating the traffic in the center of the town after seeing a black briefcase on a bench in the Plaza of the Constitution.
Immediately agents have cordoned off the area and informed the Civil Guard, which he started the security protocol for these cases.

The result has been a false alarm.
The Mayor and the Councillor for Public Safety appeared before the media throughout the morning to report the incident and reassure the public.
