Twenty Telecare service users had the opportunity to meet the Oct. 15 central service where telecom operators and other technical equipment Televida operate.
The reason for the visit was to promote social participation and personal development of all the beneficiaries of the Telecare Service in the town of Alhama de Murcia.
Users have a program in collaboration with the company providing the service, Tunstall-Televida, whose main objective is to improve the quality of life of people through active participation in meetings in a friendly setting where they can share conversations and experiences and ideas for improving service quality.
At the meeting, service users have been able to put a face to the voices that accompany them daily in their homes, see the technology they use, ask all the questions that arise with daily use of the service, suggest new possibilities of using and spending a different morning accompanied by the municipality.
