Since 2009 it has been held in Alhama program Prevention of Colorectal Cancer aimed at men and women aged between 50 and 69 years.
The goal is early detection of colorectal cancer by two stool tests taken on two successive days.
All persons between 50 and 69 years and are allocated to primary care physicians belonging to Alhama receive an invitation to go to the health center, which detailed the day and time to pick up and deliver screening equipment ( required for sampling feces).
It is also specified, in the back of the invitation, pharmacy partner offices to which they can turn presenting the letter of invitation to withdraw screening equipment.

The address to which the letter is sent is the same as in their Health Card, which must inform the health center of any changes of address.
If you are among those ages and belongs to the above areas and have not received the invitation letter go to the health center and ask for the information for delivery of equipment and sampling.
