The municipal mayor, Juan Romero Canovas, accompanied by the mayor of the Department of Youth, Maria Elena Marín, they delivered yesterday, 30 July, the diplomas to the children during the month of July have participated in the School Summer 2008 organized by the city of Alhama.
During these weeks the young people, aged between 5 and 14 years, have enjoyed and learned from the activities of the workshops that make up this fun summer activity, each day of the week have had a different workshop:
Monday was the workshop of English theater, games, songs ...
On Tuesdays they have enjoyed painting murals in some gardens in the locality.
On Wednesday the workshop was an art where these girls and boys have performed manual labor.
On Thursdays, they have hiked to the emergency services in Alhama, visiting the local police, Civil Protection, Red Cross and Firefighters.
