The Mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Juan Romero Canovas, accompanied by the mayor of Culture, Jesus Basauri, inaugurated this morning the second course taught at the University of Mar in the municipality.
More than fifty students came this morning at the start of the course "Medical Use Hot Springs through History" led by Louis Shepherd, Gonzalo Matilla and José Baños.
The course launched today will run all week until Friday 26 when it will be closed.
During these days discuss matters of great importance to the town since the town has hot springs and spa with tradition for two thousand years of history.
Also, one of the most ambitious projects of the municipality is launching a great spa as noted at the opening the first mayor.
The course, taught in the hall of residence for the elderly Virgen del Rosario, contemplates a day spa Archena.
