On Saturday evening, 27, was held XXIX National Folklore Show in our town because of the Festivities 2008.
The municipal mayor, Juan Romero Canovas along with the councilman of Culture, Jesus Basauri and Councilwoman Celebrations, Maria Elena Marín welcomed them to the 5 groups participating in the Meeting Room of City Hall, where they were presented with a memento .
Later, they played at Film Velasco.
In this National Folklore Shows attended by the following groups: Songs and Dances "Awakening the Ayer" Villanueva de Alcardete (Toledo), Association of Folk Dances "Paca Briceño" in Cadiz, Songs and Dances "Virgen de los Dolores de la Peña orchard Mortar Dolores (Murcia), Songs and Dances of Molina de Segura and Songs and Dances "Virgen del Rosario" in Alhama de Murcia.
