It was the fifth scheduled poster competition to raise awareness of equal opportunities between women and men and gender violence.
The selected poster will be the image that is disseminated in 2009 acts on Women's Day and other possible actions the City Council.
Those wishing to participate in the competition must submit their papers in A3, in the rigid support, design and techniques being free with the only exception that can be reproduced in print.
Each poster contains the words "March 8: International Women's Day."
The theme is the Equal Opportunities between Women and Men and / or against Gender Violence.
Papers must be submitted to the Department of Women located in Avenida Ginés Campos, until 14 November at 15.00.
The posters submitted must not say the name or signature of the individual author and shall be submitted in an envelope, attached in another sealed envelope which you insert your personal information (photocopy of ID, address and telephone).
The jury is composed of the members of the Advisory Council of Women, a person skilled in advertising and a person representing the Women's Institute.
Its function will choose the winning poster was awarded $ 300.
The awards ceremony takes place on 30th November at 19.0 0 hours in Film Velasco, before the play "Limited" we have prepared for that day to commemorate the International Day Against Violence Against Women.
