Plans for Works and Services, and Local Operational Plans have already disappeared, were the mechanism of cooperation between the State and the Communities with the municipalities, which are enabled by investments in infrastructure development for public use.
Since IU + Greens note with concern, even though our population increases, and increasingly we need more investment, objectively and with the data in hand, our people and the alhameños receives less and less money for these plans aimed at improving public infrastructure in Alhama.
Regular full last held last September, with the votes of the PP and PSOE rejected the motion presented by the Municipal Group of IU + Greens in the city of Alhama demanding, both the Central Government as that of Murcia, which are not recognized in funding cuts to local corporations, but to increase resources for municipalities.
Following approval of the Plan of Works and Services of 2009 we can see, sadly, that the contributions of other administrations have not increased this is not a single euro, although the CPI year and around 5%.
For IU + Greens, the figures speak for themselves.
In 2001, other government cooperated with more than 400,000 € in 2009 € participating with some 350,000, or 8 years later with a CPI accumulated 30 points, contributing € 55,000 less.
The contribution of the Regional Management Plan Works and Services 2009, is reduced to 59% of the total, not go further in 2008, contributing 84%, a fall of 25 points.
However, the City Council to put about 46,000 € in 2001.
In the Works and Services Plan, 2009 will pay approximately € 143,337.
As a percentage of the total spend of just over 10% to over 40%.
The decline in funding, not municipal, construction plans and services, is palpable.
These plans are virtually frozen in the amounts to be contributed by both the Administration and the Autonomous State and municipal coffers are Alhama to put up with the 41% of expenditure, tripling its contribution on the Plan of 2008 of which are still bidding period all the activities planned.
Alhama Unfortunately, the PP-PSOE pact, does not translate into more investment grants through the Works and Services Plan, but in a greater financial outlay in the alhameños in infrastructure and basic services as street lighting, arrangement of streets, upgrading of gardens, stormwater networks that provide a solution to the problems caused by rain, etc.
In this sense all actions contemplated in the 2009 Plan are certainly needed, as are many streets in our town that have spoiled some neighborhoods with poor lighting and various gardens whose status is clearly improved.
But we miss the execution of works to facilitate the evacuation of rainwater through improved network of drains in very concrete and Ginés Campos Avenue or the underpass next to the train station, or Murcia street.
That IU + The Greens understand that they can not wait for the development of the proposed Stormwater Plan.
