RECITALS
Having adopted by the Council of Ministers meeting on 28 November this year, a national budget of 11,000 million euros to alleviate the effects of the crisis, specifically the most visible of them, unemployment is estimated by Murcia government delegation that will create some 9,000 new jobs in the Region of Murcia with the hiring of staff to undertake the works to be funded by this item.
Having issued by the Government Delegation, about 300 million euros will be allocated to our region, of which 250 million will go to extraordinary municipal investment funds intended for public projects by municipalities the Region of Murcia.
Having learned from the same source of such funding will be 100% and it is not necessary in this case no fiscal adjustment, which is conditional inter alia, the recruitment of unemployed people, as urgent as the processing and presentation of projects by different municipalities, with the maximum period of remission on the 24th of January, and may present proposals for public infrastructure especially.
Having expressed by the three groups that sign this urgency and necessity of undertaking the proposed works and scheduled in the Plan of Storm, having put forward by the government team of our town's lack of liquidity necessary to undertake or at least start this project , being almost conclusive, in the words of the council responsible for the project, and have our full support,
REQUEST
That the City Council take the necessary steps in order to present projects and implementation of proposals in the Plan of Storm of Alhama de Murcia, and to seek funding for such works under the exceptional item intended for municipalities and recently published by the Delegation Government, attacking those initial works for the maximum amount that corresponds to our City, in compliance with the agreement reached by all local groups and being aware of the importance the Stormwater Plan is for all residents of our municipality as well as having into account the official figures of the Employment Service and Training, in the number of unemployed in our town, which in August exceeded the figure of 1,200, should be taken this into account when proceeding with the selection of companies for the implementation of projects to be presented by our council to implement the Stormwater Plan, and is managed recruitment, to the extent possible and consistent with such governing contract basis by the local Alhama Murcia.
