On November 20, users of Day Care Center in Alhama de Murcia could participate in the Senior Living Days Dependents and their relatives or carers, organized by the city of Alhama through the Department of Social Policy and coordination with the IMAS.
The Seminar consisted of a 4-day stay in a hotel full board at La Manga del Mar Menor, with a wide range of activities and a trip to carers.
For this activity, the greater were accompanied by a professional center.
During these sessions, the largest conducted various activities gerontogimnasia, art therapy, massage studio, workshop of relaxation, group therapy, choir, Laughter Therapy, crafts, exit to Cartagena, movies, bingo and live music among others.
The experience was very positive for all participants, therefore, that some would like to repeat and others participate for the first time.
