The local mayor, Juan Romero Canovas, together with the Councillor for Education, José Miguel Muñoz, received yesterday afternoon, Tuesday 17 March, the second group of Canadian students who are within the 2009 exchange program IES Valle de Leiva.

The reception was at the Plenary Hall of the City Hall where the mayor and the mayor led a welcome addition to these young people to deliver a gift to each of them.

These youth are 8 boys and girls who will be in town until next Monday, March 23.
