Members of the IU regional presidency in Murcia have unanimously agreed to show support and solidarity to Andrés Ariza, El Pozo Alimentacion employee recently fired after 18 years at the company, according to reports from IU in a statement.

The regional coordinator of IU, José Antonio Pujante, said that the dismissal is due to an "anti-union" from the forum, and Ariza was a member of the Company in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and CCOO.

Also, IU + Greens Alhama de Murcia has filed a motion for the city council expressing support workers ElPozo to "the loss of economic and labor that is causing the direction of the company."
