The City of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Employment and Local Development, is collaborating with the Confederation of Business Organizations Regional de Cartagena (COEC) in organizing and conducting the training "How to build customer loyalty," which was inaugurated last Wednesday, 10th June, Councillor for Employment and Local Development, Jose Lopez, Center for Training and Employment of the town.
This course will run for 20 hours and will be held between 10 and 25 June, Monday through Thursday from 21-23 h.
The recipients are workers, mainly occupied with high school education or equivalent Graduate School.
Those enrolled are, for the most part, business owners and workers.
The course is funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training and the European Social Fund, will be taught by Ms.
Maribel Ibernon and Mrs. M ª Cruz Marín, a psychology graduate.
The objectives of this course are:
Identify and enhance the professional skills that produce positive communication with customers, the benefit of the business relationship and the objectives of the company.
Provide participants with the conceptual tools necessary to act professionally, in a customer area with the aim of raising standards of quality, productivity and competitiveness.
Closer to current reality and future prospects of the area of customer service in its various forms.
