The council of Elders, Soledad Tudela, delivered this morning diploma to students who have completed the introductory course to computing.
Earlier this year the city of Alhama de Murcia, through the Department of Higher organizing computer and Internet courses for seniors.
The workshops were a great success so a second round was organized whose classes have ended this week.
The mayor of the Elderly, Soledad Tudela, handed diplomas to the students in their last class and announced that from September will be a second follow-up course to the initiated the first half of the year.
After two courses closed this morning, 14 students have attended each of them elderly and pensioners who have had a first approach to computers and the Internet.
The same students have demanded an extension of the courses to be held from September.
Therefore, those who wish to attend these courses and may enroll in the Senior Department, located on the first floor of the House of Culture.
