The President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, today presented the keys of 27 public housing that the Housing and Land Institute of the Region of Murcia (IVS) has brought in Alhama de Murcia, including the Regional Housing Plan Youth 2005-2008.

Valcárcel, who visited the house accompanied by the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, and the mayor of Alhama de Murcia, Juan Romero, said the community has been marked as "priority objective" to facilitate their first home to young people "preferential terms of price and financing."

Young said the chief executive of Murcia, "in our community enjoy better fiscal scenario for the purchase of your home."

This promotion includes 27 apartments, whose prices range between 61,295 and 89,217 euros, which have been built on a plot donated by the city of Alhama of 1,165 square meters located at the site of Olmillos street in a commercial area of the municipality .

Specifically, the total number of homes delivered today, 19 have three bedrooms, with a maximum area of 77 square meters, and eight two-bedroom, with a minimum area of 52 square meters.

In addition, the building has 40 parking spaces and 27 storage rooms.

Furthermore, the IVS has other projects in the municipality, including the promotion of 23 homes for the street Zurbarán, which also will go to local youth.
