Alhama City Council, through the Department of Employment and Local Development in collaboration with the Retailers Association of Alhama, with the Confederation of Business Organizations Regional de Cartagena (COEC) and funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training ( SEF), made the training "As customer loyalty" that last night, Monday June 29 was closed by the council on Employment and Local Development, Jose Lopez, and the president of the Merchants' Association of the locality, Diego Huerta, who took delivery of the relevant certificates to the participants in this course.
This training has had a duration of 20 hours, and has been given in the Training and Employment Center in the town between 10 and 29 June, Monday through Thursday, from 21:00 to 23:00.
Has been assisted by 13 students (12 women and one man), all traders in the municipality.
The topics have been:
Identification and enhancement of professional skills that produce positive communication with customers, the benefit of the business relationship and business objectives
Acquisition of conceptual tools necessary to act professionally, in a customer area with the aim of raising standards of quality, productivity and competitiveness
Approach to the current reality and future prospects of the area of customer service in its various forms
The teachers of the course were: Maribel Ibernon and Maria Cruz Marín, both graduates in psychology.
Other courses planned related to this sector of activity are window dressing and Web pages from a business perspective.
