The mayor of Women, Soledad Tudela, inaugurated the course organized by the Department in collaboration with Youth.
The course was conducted in two sessions of three hours each (from 19 to 22 h) on 25 and 30 June.
Initially, the workshop was designed for teenagers, but because of the great interest shown by various professionals, youth and children, we chose 6 has to work more deeply with this type of teaching, and it was understood that, in this Thus, professionals may transfer their learning to a greater number of teenagers in summer camps, extracurricular activities and other activities with children and adolescents.

The workshop, which was taught by the psychologist Raquel Ortiz Martinez, showed various working tools to address the prevention of violence against women in adolescents, primarily through the analysis of two tales: Beauty and the Beast, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, etc.
The assessment of students of the workshop was very positive, so the Office of Women is committed to participating associations to support and advise on their initiatives in the prevention of gender violence and raising awareness of equality women and men.
