Note sent by the Municipal Group of IU + Greens in the city of Alhama de Murcia:
At the last plenary session of our Consistory, addressed two issues the initial approval of an Ordinance Regulating Municipal Public Roads and ratification of the resolution adopted by the Governing Board Licensing Works in sectorized developable land, as well as questions and answers.
The first issue addresses the request made by the Izquierda Unida + Greens in regular plenary session of last May.
In our group we are concerned about the situation of Public Roads therefore request the revision of the Inventory of them in January this year.
Moreover, many residents had submitted the request at City Hall on this issue, and because of that in May it was agreed by the full approval of uniform criteria on the maintenance, inclusion or modification of the layout of public roads and the start of record to review the inventory of public roads.
During this debate Izquierda Unida + Greens raised the need for a Public Roads Ordinance which lacked our town.
We believe that these ordinances will undoubtedly be useful to alhameños, now for a period of public exposure can also make complaints and suggestions to improve the text before final approval at a forthcoming plenary session.
Secondly, it was proposed by the Town Planning Councillor, ratification of an agreement of the Governing Board on the approval of interim uses of soils classified by the General Municipal Plan of Management as developable land Alhama sectorized.
IU + Greens considered reasonable to the resolution adopted, since the possibility of provisional applications under certain conditions is covered by our General Plan, and that did not seem logical to condemn the owners of these classified as developable land, to which they can not use of their property for recreation, improve the chances of maintaining agricultural production, or some kind of industrial activity, while not adopting a partial plan that transforms those lands into lots.
Moreover, we think that if this land has a use - of course provisional and conditional, we can help stop the abandonment of plots of land which is not considered profitable to keep them in production, with all the problems and hassles that entails, especially adjacent neighbors.
+ United Left Greens especially emphasized that they are perfectly delimited affected soils, which would affect only those who are distributed around the present village of Alhama, excluding those already preordered in the General Plan, which have a approved partial plan and future expansion of the Industrial Park.
Also proposed that industrial activity should be limited to urbanized land Sectorizado Economic Activity in the area of the gully and Ral, which was accepted.
It is also noted that a plot is required at least 5,000 or 20,000 m2 depending on the type of building.
Any such license shall be accompanied by a report of the municipal technical and consulting the Environmental Authority of the City Council, ensuring that it does not impede future urban development, and that the temporary buildings to be authorized will not cause any visual and environmental impact.
Furthermore, this agreement will become part of our interpretive General Plan.
In the ample opportunity for questions, Councilors IU + Greens put to the Councillors of the Municipal Government of land cleaning, fencing of the former level crossing near the station, the possibility of planting trees in some of our streets, the creation of a botanical garden, repairing the arena of the Street Totana, the future as a public service of Residence of the 3 rd Age, the status of the motion on Light Pollution submitted and approved over a year, problems with pollution light, information on the current status of Management Plan of Natural Resources Carrascoy, or treatment against Processionary de los Pinos.
