Alhama City Council through the Department of Sports has been working on different aspects in order to improve service and performance in sports facilities.
This press conference informing the mayor of Sports, Jesus Basauri, which reported on these new sports:
Coming soon to the Praico, will have five tennis class, four of them new and remodeled the fifth, and 4 paddle courts, incorporating the possibility of practicing a new sport, and football court today remodeled.
Also in the Lower Guadalentín Sports is going to remodel the football field of land 7 artificial grass.
In the Sports Pavilion for the purchase of new basketball hoops now joins all the repainting of the lines demarcating the boundaries of the different sports that are practiced there.
The council further suggested that it was decided to extend the service of managing the concierge of the Praico Sports, Local Sports Pavilion, Pavilion and Sports Espuña Lower Guadalentín to improve service and also adapt to the new schedule of some of the facilities that are going to see increased.
These changes in infrastructure and personnel that are in front of them, has made it also increased the number of users who enjoy them, therefore, have prepared new proposals.
The first is the elimination of UNET card, adding a new card called "flat rate" which is aimed at those individual athletes who are practicing more than one sport.
This board has two sections:
Aged 16 and 17 years at a cost of 20 euros per month.
Over 18 years: 25 euros per month.
The other proposal is aimed at those users who play team sports regularly.
Here the choice will be a voucher system that will save considerable set at 25% off the normal price use of runways.
The card and the bonds can be purchased at the Department of Sports, located at the Municipal Indoor Pool.
