This morning, the Councillor for Women, Soledad Tudela, has opened a "Self-Esteem Workshop" to be developed in the Reading Room of the Municipal Center for the Elderly in the town, where is located the CAVI.

The aim of the council with the completion of this workshop is to promote a group meeting place among women in Alhama de Murcia enable them to build a strong network of social support and their full integration into the community and to achieve and maintain a overall health.
