Note from IU + LV:

As was expected the October regular plenary lasted almost until two in the morning, and that the agenda contained 13 points.

The first point is passed in one go three full minutes before, the July, September and October 13 special this month.

As for specific proposals for changes, we understand that in no way improve the Convention that once rejected, rather the opposite.
