On the morning of Monday, November 9, Soledad Tudela, Councillor for Women, opened the course in "Techniques of Intervention and Dependent Elderly."
Course lasts 60 hours and taught in time 9.30 to 13.30 Monday Friday.
The Office of Women through the Local Employment Center for Women in the City of Alhama de Murcia, seeks the following objectives:
To train professionals in home care in aging issues.
Awareness of the importance of properly trained to care for the elderly and dependent.
Provide the necessary knowledge, professional caregivers, thus preventing possible injury or overload.
Enhance the care to be made for dependents are good quality and suited to each type of ailment or condition.
Provide caregivers of dependents of resources and basic skills to care for users.
Councillor reported that 30 women are benefiting from this project as close will take place on 27 November.
