The Department of Social Policy reports on this new initiative framed within the Homes for the Elderly Program and Social Cures.

The IMSERSO, with the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, propose a tourist trip to warm places, or a stay in spas.

Addressed to all older people with living alone personal autonomy, the initiative includes activities related to the holidays that attempt to foster improved quality of life, with the aim of creating relationship links to avoid situations of need.

The rental rates for seniors are:

Destinations:

Canarias, Puerto de la Cruz

Alicante, Benidorm

Dates:

Christmas: 8 days, from December 22 to December 28

End of year: 8 days, from December 29 to January 5

Christmas and New year: 15 days, from December 22 to January 5

And for the Social Cures:

Shift:

12 days, from December 22 to January 2

Destinations:

Spas
