By reason of the action taken to regularize the status of certain buildings rustic character of the county (marshes and irrigation ponds, pools and other buildings of an agricultural, livestock and forestry), by staff of the Cadastre of the Technical Office taxpayer, the City of Alhama de Murcia has implemented the service with the provision of a Technical Support pertaining to the City Council.
Following statement issued this morning by the mayor of Alhama, José Espadas reported that after evaluating the costs and complications were assuming for the regularization of such taxpayer files and to mitigate the costs to the owners, the City has decided to establish this point support in order to expedite service.
Technical Support Services offered temporary stay until all documentation is processed those old buildings with less than four years, while the rest is borne by the owner.
