Murcia Association of Consumers and Users (CONSUMUR), integrated into FACUA (NGO, non-profit) dedicated to defending the rights of consumers, along with the Department of Consumer Affairs of the City of Alhama de Murcia, developed last year a survey of youth in the municipality in order to meet the consumer habits that allowed us to assess the information and training to students have been receiving from the Centers for primary and secondary education in recent years.
In this vein this morning has been the presentation of the results of those surveys that have been directed to four lines of action:
Responsible consumer purchases.
Responsible consumption in leisure.
Responsible food consumption.
Environmentally responsible consumption.
Consumer Councilman, Jose Miguel Muñoz, argued that with a participation of 647 students, 183 parents and 22 teachers, the results show the survey found that the positive intervention that has been developing since 2005, so confirming that are working on the appropriate line, but always to expand the proceedings in favor of obtaining a greater improvement.
Both Roberto Rodríguez Barceló like Bethlehem, as chairman and representative of the Association respectively, showed his satisfaction with the achievement of the objectives which are rooted to raise awareness among young people about responsible drinking habits.
