The local mayor, José Espadas Lopez, and the Councillor for Social Policy, Fina García, have made the awards ceremony of the short story competition with the slogan "no fault" on the campaign against truancy, the City of Alhama Murcia has been launched by the Department of Social Policy for young people attending local secondary
The campaign, in addition to the short story contest, conducted the distribution of posters and signs with slogans reading that encourage students to not miss class.
Also, at the beginning of the school year, was sending letters to all parents, informing them of the obligation to attend school, and responsibility for them, so be it.
After the awards ceremony, we proceeded to the reading of the works.
Within two established categories, category "A" 1 and 2 of secondary and category "B", with 3 and 4, the award-winning stories were:
In the category "A":
1 st Prize: Patricia Molina Lopez with "A lucky break worth $ 100 in school supplies.
2 nd Prize: Myriam Romero Canovas with "Dear Diary" in the amount of EUR 70 in school supplies
3 rd Prize: M ª Muñoz Noelia Vicente "Learning to enjoy" a value of 40 euros on school supplies.
In the category "B":
1 st Prize: M ª Elena Pardo Mateo "Five days a week."
On 2 nd and 3 rd prizes have been deserts for not conforming to the contest theme, other stories submitted, as well as the prize for most original story or illustration fun.
