The City of Alhama de Murcia reports that the next day will be held May 1 for the second consecutive year, the BACK TO SIERRA ESPUÑA, with a total distance of 60 km and 2000 vertical meters, crossing the amazing parts of the Sierra Regional Park Espuña.
This march, organized by the Club de Totana Senderista in collaboration with the Commonwealth Espuña Tourism, aims to promote, through sport, tourism in terms of sustainability in natural areas, offering participants and visitors through tour the contemplation of nature in full swing, and the magic and charm that this land is enclosed.
All this is complemented by a wide range of recreational opportunities and other distractions.
The route, non-competitive, which will pass through the Umbrian Forest, Ravine Malvariche and Layeva Valley, among other places, and intends to be a journey full of surprises and satisfactions, depart from the hamlet Mülenen of new homes to the participants have previously been taken by bus from the Sanctuary of Santa Eulalia, to conclude on that point of departure.
